i mean if they straight up scam them like if i buy gold and dont pay them they should keep twc

 

I'm just saying that if 'They' or their account attempts to scam or successfully scams, They shouldn't be able to get away scott free after they've been put in TWC.

 

People still will sell to people with TWC if they have high rep as they could simply say ' I'm in TWC as somebody got banned whilst I was doing a service, should be off within 24~ hours '

No support at all. As said earlier, many people are placed in TWC who turn out to be innocent but are accused of scamming, and therefore involved in a dispute. It is not fair to revoke all positive feedback as soon as someone is placed in a dispute.

 

Please quote where it states 'as soon' as they're placed into TWC.

 

I specifically stated that there will need to be evidence and proven that they tried to scam.

So basically on other forums that I have been apart of, If you're found out to of scammed and even if you refund the members you stole from your 'Reputation/Feedback' is 'fucked' and removed so only neut/negative feedback remains on your account.

 

I feel that if you get placed into TWC and are found to of scammed of even attempted to scam somebody but got caught before hand your account should be kept in TWC for a period of time and have all positive feedback removed so the members in question have to rebuild their community standing.

 

 

TL;DR

 

Get TWC

Lose Positive Reputation

Keep TWC for a certain amount of time

Lose TWC have to rebuild REP

 

 

It would help if you used proper English grammar in your first post. It seems like that may be the reason behind why some of us do not understand what you are suggesting. If one member doesn't understand what your point is, they may not have read the topic. If many people on a given thread do not understand your point, you may want to rephrase it. For example, "If you're found out to of scammed and even if you refund the members you stole from your 'Reputation/Feedback' is 'fucked' and removed so only neut/negative feedback remains on your account."  is not grammatically correct English and is slightly unclear.

Perfectly understandable in my eyes, there is even an TLDR for people like yourself who pick away at small errors in such passages of text.

In fact, I read the TLDR because, ironically enough, it is the only part of your first post that is straightforward enough to read containing minimal grammatical failure. In the TLDR you refused to include anything about "specifically stating there will need to be evidence and proven that they tried to scam." If the TLDR is so essential to the understanding of this thread, you may not want to leave out such 'important' details.

That is all, please stop post farming on my thread and just get out of here, if you can't read basic English at all then just don't comment at all.

 

If I cared about post count, I'd have more than 35 posts since I joined in January. I obviously can read basic English, but I have no tolerance for people who satisfy both of the following criteria:

1. Don't even make an effort to write grammatically correct English.

2. Become enraged when some of the community is in opposition to their suggestion to the site.

 

Many of the people on this thread do not like your idea. You have to be able to take criticism. Just because I don't like your idea doesn't make it a bad idea. Just because you like your idea doesn't make it a good idea. It is simply a suggestion (which I happen to not be in favor of). I am done arguing. Good luck with your suggestion. I hope your behavior on this thread isn't a representation of the average OSBot member, because that sure would make for an angry, and albeit chaotic forum.

It isn't criticism when they have not read fully the OP of which would of explained fully that the person would of had to been found guilt of said acts.

 

but instead they're like yourself and post before thinking. I hope your behaviour in this thread isn't a represntation of the average Grammar Nazi because that sure would make for another annoying little bastard.

OT: I still believe TWC should not receive a FB cleansing. That is far too extreme. My viewpoint will not change, and I will not post on this topic anymore. We are using unnecessary forum posting space at this point.
