I feel the main reason he got it is because he's actually helpful around the forums and didn't scam quit, in a sense.

Not sure if this is accurate or not, but didn't he attempt to scam OSBot?

For gods sakes, I was new back then and scammed around $10-$15. Look at me now, I laugh.

xD I love how this is in the section for bugs and errors :P but at this point I think you are a TWC leader, your TWC just can't be revoked

Honestly, I see it more about the reasoning than the amount. The reasoning tells you someone's intentions and what they thought about while doing it. That can't be priced.

But he did do something similar, I believe.
