RoomScape
We need a bit of work done in the market, in my opinion. Middleman. Not much to do here, just lock threads that are made by banned users. There's no point whatsoever for them being left open. Also, there should be requirements set up to become a MM that are easily noticeable. I believe a one month old account along with 100 posts should be suitable enough. It doesn't make sense how a user can become a middleman before he's allowed to sell or buy an account. There are also locked threads in the verified section that should be moved to the regular section. They aren't active and therefore aren't participating and should be removed from the verified section. Lastly, TWC users shouldn't be allowed to MM. That's basically saying BEWARE OF THIS USER!! DON'T GO FIRST TO THEM!! But if you feel unsafe going first to a regular user, feel free to use a TWC'd MM. Accounts. I would suggest a thread stating that users need 100 posts in order to buy/sell accounts, but seeing as how they can't see this section until they've accumulated 100 posts just makes that pointless. I do, however, believe that the 'sell' subsection should be disbanded and become the main section of 'Accounts'. Once that's done, there should only be two subsections: Requests and Price Check. Currency. I think (just like the above) that the 'gold exchange' section should be the main section. Once this is done, there are two subsections left - Buying and Selling. Once you click those, you are taken to the 07 section where you can either buy or sell 07 GP depending on which you clicked. Seeing as how this site revolves around the OSRS part of the game, the 07 market should be prioritized over the RS3 market instead of being equal to it. Maybe even change the subsection names - RS3 or RuneScape 3 (rather than Runescape 3) and Old School RuneScape or OSRS (rather than Runescape2007). Services. I already made a suggestion here which essentially is the same for this section. If you have a thread in the verified section, you shouldn't have a thread in the regular section. You should have one or the other. Having two threads just makes it unfair to the other threads since you can have more traffic due to more threads. I know people may complain that the verified section isn't as noticed as the regular, but that shouldn't be an excuse nor should it be allowed. Maybe we can add a 'Verified' tag seeing as how the 'Verified Services' PiP isn't very noticeable before you go to a thread. Having a thread in the verified section as well as the regular section is just an unfair advantage to the other users trying to start from scratch. The 'Non-RuneScape Related' subsection should also be removed. There's a specific part of the market (The 'Other' section) that relates to everything non-RS related. Having that part is just unneeded and they can find it there. I also believe that there should be a requirement to start a service. Maybe the same as I suggested for MM (registered for 30 days and 100 posts)? Membership. Like others, I think the 'Sell' section should be the main one. When users click on 'Membership', they should be taken to where everyone is selling membership. There should be the two subsections - Buy and Vouchers. This thread is kind of pointless, also... Instead of the one stickied thread already there, I think a new stickied thread should replace it letting users know what a voucher is and explain it. I already made a thread so I can link users whenever they ask me, maybe we can use that same one or base the stickied thread off of that? I also think that in the 'sell' section - hopefully the main section - that there should be a stickied thread explaining the different type of memberships and the difference between it. I see a lot of people asking what bonds are and since it's relatively new, it would make sense for users not to know what it is. Having a stickied thread could prove beneficial and reduce the amount of threads people make asking that type of question. Other. This section is basically ok. Maybe we can add a 'Request' subsection so that it won't be as cluttered? I also don't think that 'Items' shouldn't be a subsection of the 'Other' section since it's for everything OTHER than RuneScape related stuff. This is just ironic and contradictory. Maybe make a separate section for items (07 items could be main forum with a subsection of RS3 items?). Look what I found...Posts should be deleted even though his post count was reset because it's just spam... Disputes. Disputes should be in the main section rather than having it in a subsection. I suggested that here. It's a pointless blank leaving it the way it currently is. I think we should also probably have a Market Mod. Maybe they can have same powers as Global, just only in market section. It would help out in there since that's a pretty active part of the forum. Let me know what you guys think. I also suggest you look at this thread since it pertains to feedback. Edited May 15, 2014 by RoomScape

Smart
I will definitely be looking into all of the suggestions, and converse with @Maldesto about which ones seem practical. Thank you for this.
Nick
In addition, I'll begin doing a bit of spring cleaning in sections that have become overwhelmed with old threads that are ready to be removed from the section permanently. It's time to get a bit more organized.

jaked
great idea here, I've been buying scripts that are majorly defective and have been for a while, along with the free scripts that just don't work anymore also a lot of people have troubles with the recurring charges and it would be nice to have a mod handy for the people that need help canceling subs. They're a bit different.
Smart
I will respond to all of the points you've made and detail the progress I've made thus far - 1. Middleman - I've created a regulation template located here, which has most/if not all of the requirements you've brought forth. Also, I've closed any threads that TWC users had open to ensure these new guidelines are being enforced correctly, and I will make sure to pay close attention to this section for future reference. 2. Accounts - The post restriction in this section has been added to the general rules so that people are aware. Also, I've disbanded the 'Sell' sub-section and sent all of the posts to the 'Accounts' section so that it will now be the main forum with only the two sub-sections being Requests and Price Checks - 3. Currency - Much like the accounts section I've taken 'Gold-Exchange', deleted it, and integrated all of the posts into the 'Currency' section so that only Buying/Selling are still present sub-sections like you've suggested. However, I did not change the layout of Runescape 2007, and Runescape 3, since they're basic and it would be unneeded to switch them around - 4. Services - I've deleted any double posts that users have made so that they only have one thread whether it is present in Verified or the regular Services section. Also, I've created a new Verified tag only for users that are in the required usergroup - Furthermore, the 'Non-Runescape Related' has been merged into the 'Other' category considering they both exhibited the same function. Now, you will notice that the only three sub-sections are as follows - 5. Membership - Like previous sections I've merged the Sell sub-forum into the main Membership category to reduce clutter - Also, in the voucher section I've removed the previous thread and added your guide in place of it in an announcement form, located here. 6. Other - I've taken the old lay-out and removed the 'Items' section and added a 'Requests' section like so - I've taken the 'Item' section and created a completely new category labeled 'Runescape Items' - This is a combination of Runescape 3 / Runescape 2007 considering barely anyone requests Runescape 3 items at the moment, and if this changes I will take care of it promptly. 7. Disputes - All I've done in this section is simply take away the 'Pending' sub-forum and directed all of the posts into the main Disputes category as such - Thank you for your suggestions, hopefully by all of these additions being implemented it will make the market smoother and easier to navigate. If you need anything else, let me know.
