and 5m extra if he done in 24 hours

He logged on shortly after and took 30m 07, I know for a fact this was him as he was the only one who had the password to the account.

I know Scott helped work on the quests.

I took 8.5m from the account in order to disperse payments. 3.6m went to Scott, 4.4m went to Cinn, Cinn told me to keep the excess.

I was told cinn was doing the service, regardless someone logged on the account after and took 30m+

He gave me 10M for the service which my service team completed. He never told me anything about having 30M on the account as he said he would leave 10M for me. 

 

 

Then apparently I go ahead and check on Skype and I "scammed 30M"

 

He told me he left 30M on the account AFTER the service was completed WITHOUT changing the password.

Since there is no evidence to the 30m being on the account, you will have to refund the user 10m since we are aware that amount was on the account prior to this incident.

That 10M was for a service that was COMPLETED. It wasn't his bank as he told me he had nothing on it.
