After being gone from the community for so long i decided to come back. I really enjoyed the community for a while, besides that shakur dude who was a bit of a sperg, but oh well. He wasn't all there. sorry for my rambles.i do like anime.

Im 17 years young and i like anime. I can't really explain why I like it. Everyone is unique so thats like asking a lolicon why they like loli or asking someone why they like salty foods: 

"Uhh, because it's salty...". 

I do like the art, but thats not always the key factor for me. Sometimes a good storyline can make up for lower quality animation (not always). 

I like the girls/fanservice (in moderation)/hentai, but I don't like tentacle rape or the eating of shit. 

I always like loli, but not always in a fappable way. 

Fast paced action scenes are cool, but so is funny slice of life, and even the simplest of plots can be good. 

I always liked anime. As a child NARUTO, Dragonball/Dragonball Z,ONE PIECE, and many other dubs on Tv were part of my life everyday after school before I even knew what anime was. 

Once I grew up a bit I read a few scanalations, and watched a few streamed fansubs, this was before I knew about the epic world of downloading. I posted on forums, and bought the occasional magazine. 

A few years later after my life settled down a bit I (some major problems ect...) I came home set down, and flipped on the Tv, Geass Dub... 

To my dismay the Toonami I knew as a child had been pawned, I can only hope it went down in battle stance. All I then knew was Adult swim. 

Took a while, but I finally made it to this site after I had planted my feet in the ground, little did I know I would soon be a NEET associated with those who go by the name of 'hikkimori' fapping to pictures of 2D little girls. The roots of my foundation had taken grip. 

I found out how to use torrents then slapped myself 3 times for not knowing how epic they were for 17 years. I began to download. I began to submerse myself into this world called fandom. I began to fap to 2D. 4 months later I have 74 completed series, 

and I still can't tell you why the fuck I like anime. 

It's just something that has intrigued me beyond anything else in this world.
