What the min and max?

So what the minimum & maximum amount that you could step the mouse speed to? All i know that the default speed would be 12.

In my experrience, the mouse algorithm often messes up at speeds over default when dealing with moving the cursor to moving entities. Circles the entity unnaturally several times
