Explanation: 


I had 12 accounts that I needed plvling for. First, I pmed one of Cinnamon's workers, ImaRawrrr, who offered to do it. I mentioned to him that I did not want to be responsible for him, and I offered him a deal in which I would pay more for him to cover any bans. I have done this with other plvlers before, and if necessary, I'm sure they would vouch for me that this is normal. Me and ImaRawrrr agreed that I would provide him with the 12 accounts first, and by the end of the agreed time, he would be provide me another 12. This means that if there were any bans, he would just replace the account and continue levelling it no questions asked. He then asked me to PM Cinnamon, who was his employer, about the order. We PMed back and forth and then I traded the gold over, and sent the accounts. We agreed on 3-4 days. It's been more than a week. Cinnamon also stated that he would refund me 100% "if we end up passing an extra 24 hours". Little past that already, aren't we. At first, Cinnamon offered to refund the order with 12 bonds and not refund the actual order (which is still cutting it short because it takes time to create accounts). Then, he said he wouldn't replace the accounts/bonds, but would refund the order. I told him I'd post a dispute, he said go ahead. I then asked him to refund what he just said he would (the order payment), and he said no.

I have requested that @Cinnamon post here to get his side of the story.

 

Just for clarification, were all the accounts banned? I'm a bit confused as to what happened and why he isn't refunding you even though he said he would if he passed the 24-hour time frame.

I wasn't in control at the time. That was why I moved you to Cinnamon. The only thing I said was what a guideline. I am not the boss of the service. I was simply negotiating prices so when you got to Cinnamon the process was smooth. I never the payment therefore I wasn't in control of the order.

Let me make this easier to address.

My ToS specifically states we are not responsible for any bans that occur on the accounts during usage.

It also states that if any accounts become unusable, and the service is incomplete, there will not be any refunds.

You accepted these terms when you requested your order. I am not obligated to give you any refunds, nor am I obligated to provide you with 12 new accounts.

Due to the T.O.S that the user @Cinnamon withholds, we are not able to take any action against the user.

The only way we can get you refunded or Cinnamon banned is with proof Cinnamon claimed he would refund if accounts were banned.

 

 

He will also be forced to change his T.O.S, he isn't allowed to give you all these guarantees on skype and then say its nullified because of my tos.

On April 11th, you say that 0/12 accounts are not done - http://gyazo.com/e3487b4c8d1d11926e6324bc1c425a45 which is 1 day longer than the ETA on the order. So, according to the Global Terms of Service that OSBot offers for protection between buyers and sellers, you are required to refund the user.

 

"1. If a user buys a service that is not completed fully within the time period set, they can request a refund unless valid proof is given." This overrides your Terms of Service on your thread.

 

You have 24 hours to refund from this post, or else consequences will arise.

Based on the context given in the screenshots, on April 11th you said you had 0/12 done. Meaning you haven't even started.

ImaRawrrr had not informed that he did not pass on the information to Cinnamon about paying extra for coverage of bans. That is Cinnamon's responsibility, not mine. He gave no notice that he wanted to refund me, meaning that he had intentions to start creating more accounts.

 

He's lying about a lot of things here. I'd think twice before you believe him.

I don't know where you got that context from. I said 0/12 was not completed, and that was done to to the bans which I have told him above.

misread this, thought you said the bans happened before

Secondly, he needs to relax and stop threatening me until the dispute is over.
