So users don't feel intimidated to report broken scripts/refund requests.

Usually in refund requests there is personal information (e.g bank related info), so if this is the case I can't see it happening.

no theres not....... you post what script you want a refund for and you post if you want either store credit or a refund on paypal then you post an explanation and evidence as to why you want the refund.......... there is no personal information being posted, the staff team can look up and information needed.......

I understand where you're coming from, but there is really no reason for it to be made public as it's meant for administration and the user posting the inquire. If you feel the need for a refund, feel free to post it. Don't let other's opinions on scripts or their refund requests influence you. If you're happy with the script, stick with it. ^_^

This'll result is a loss of script revenue for certain scripts.

Although... It may be a means to encourage scripters to update their scripts more so that there'll be less complaints and they can also see what people are mad about.

Besides, if there's a bad script, you would want to know before blindly buying it and wasting your time and potentially getting banned.

I would be mad if I bought a script and later found out that it's not updated and caused a few of my accounts to be banned when someone else reported it but I couldn't see it since it was hidden.

Not everyone writes reviews and the scripter can be late updating.

No support. Besides, it isn't possible anyway. The requests get archived once a refund was made, thus the section is empty most of the times.

We're not going to give members access to the archive.
