Kittens Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 make it visible so we can see what scripts are better than other so we know what people are wanting refunds for and stuff? if not doable just curious why they are private though? O_O 3
Gilgad Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 So users don't feel intimidated to report broken scripts/refund requests. 1
DeadlyLazy Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 Usually in refund requests there is personal information (e.g bank related info), so if this is the case I can't see it happening.

Nick Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 I understand where you're coming from, but there is really no reason for it to be made public as it's meant for administration and the user posting the inquire. If you feel the need for a refund, feel free to post it. Don't let other's opinions on scripts or their refund requests influence you. If you're happy with the script, stick with it. ^_^
RoomScape Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 This'll result is a loss of script revenue for certain scripts. Although... It may be a means to encourage scripters to update their scripts more so that there'll be less complaints and they can also see what people are mad about. Besides, if there's a bad script, you would want to know before blindly buying it and wasting your time and potentially getting banned.
RoomScape Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 now you just being nosey I would be mad if I bought a script and later found out that it's not updated and caused a few of my accounts to be banned when someone else reported it but I couldn't see it since it was hidden. 1

Isnt that what the script threads are for and also the reviews?
RoomScape Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Isnt that what the script threads are for and also the reviews? Not everyone writes reviews and the scripter can be late updating.
Raflesia Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 No support. Besides, it isn't possible anyway. The requests get archived once a refund was made, thus the section is empty most of the times. We're not going to give members access to the archive. 1
Smart Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Thank you for the suggestion but this will not be implemented.
