Not botting, so I'd like for aggressive monsters with low def (preferably mages). Hopefully close to bank.

I was training on chaos Druids for a bit, but they're often crowded with bots and I have to keep hopping. Is there a better place?

40 and 99.

I also have 40 def, so I can fight moderately leveled monsters without safing/devouring food. Maybe monsters level 30-40?

I would say caged ogre's but at 40 it's pretty pointless to go there. I would say stick to druids for now

aren't rock crabs strong to range?

I would say caged ogre's but at 40 it's pretty pointless to go there. I would say stick to druids for now

Well I used to train up my pures ranging behind crafting guild and shooting those hobgoblins whose are in the island next to the crafting guild. Not afkable tough.

I don't like non afk-able stats unless it's crazy xp.

Rock crabs at waterbirth island idk if that's the right name of The island though it's semi afkable until they become non aggressive then you have to run a bit of distance and come back..

I would say hill giants but thats often over crowded too so stick to Chaos Druids for a while longer then move to lesser demons or experiments.

Experiments may have more people at it because no one goes lesser demons.

Where are experiments?

You gotta start the quest, http://2007.runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Creature_of_Fenkenstrain, and get access to the cave/tunnel with the experiments and they are level 25 monsters that have high hp so they are great for pure training.
