Uhhh regarding my previous dispute you both handled wrongly, he never posted proof of me agreeing to pay for the fees, also the post Maldesto made as seen here, this is at 9;27 PM USA Eastern Time.

The post where Smart / Maldesto was 2+ hours after the 7pm mark and I never agreed at the time to pay the fees. This was a misunderstanding of trade no one said who was going to pay fees and if he is going to leave me a neutral feedback because of this then he deserves one as well for not communicating form the start that he would not cover fees.

Even in Divicas buying thread he/she clearly says I will pay fees as well.

As seen in below the original sale was going on around 7pm,

Then literally 15-20 minutes later I asked Arctic to tell him I'll cover fees for him.

This thread has been forwarded to @Maldesto, please be patient and wait for his response.

Thank you.

@Maldesto approved the neutral feedback and unless he changes his mind it's not being deleted.

He never said I would be paying fees, he's the one sending the payment.

If he's allowed to leave me a feedback then I should be allowed to leave him a feedback for wasting my time and not stating that I would be paying fees.

Neither of the users will receive a neutral feedback since it was not established before the trade which user would be paying fees.

Dispute Closed.
