I think it's situational.

I think Mald told someone to get 100 FB for TWC removal, but that was only specified to that one person, not the community as a whole.

Yes that is correct, he didn't scam. He took the guys money until he talked to me due to him being banned for no reason. He paid back, and had no intent to scam, just wanted to get to me personally. Still the wrong way to go about it, but we handled it. @lolmanden you left the community and did a "scam quit". You think you deserve to be removed from the TWC after 100 feedback all because of bonds that you are making no profit from?

I set my heart and mind to getting 100FB! Look at what Levi said and maldesto liked it either when i made january an twc appeal lol.
