Basic Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 I think that there should be more rules for the SOTW. Here are my ideas: -You can not have your name in your entry. (This would cause biased votes) -You are not allowed to post your entry anywhere until the SOTW is finished. (Again, biased votes) -Everyone that votes must post a reason why you voted for his/her entry. (This would make sure people aren't making accounts for votes, and making sure that the vote is legitimate) Other suggestions: -The winner gets a "SOTW Winner" userbar until the next SOTW is finished, and someone else has been made the winner. Thus them getting the userbar. and repeat. That's all the suggestions I have for now, if you post another suggestion below i'll make sure to add it onto this list.
Peter Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Good suggestion, but I think they should keep the SOTW Winner and make it like SOTW Winner #1, and just rank them by the number off the SOTW week not get there rank removed.

That would cause most people to enter only once if they win. And what would happen if someone wins multiple sotw's?

As I said, me and Kati discussed it for a long time, I brought this up to her and she wasn't feeling it. Unless Kati randomly changes her mind, there will be no rank. Nothing I can do. 2
