Explanation: So @Deffiliate requested a logo and paint for his King of the Dragons script a while ago. When I saw it I contacted him and said I could create one for him. I added him on Skype and we talked about the details of his request. I worked on the paint and showed him the result, he requested several changes so I made those changes and showed him the result. He then stated he still wanted me to make some changes but he could pay me $25 for the work I already put into it. I gave him my PayPal address and asked him what those changes were. It's been almost 2 weeks now and he still hasn't contacted me nor paid me the $25 we agreed on. He stated several times he was always busy working and stuff but I've seen him active on the forums quite a lot so figured it was time to create this scam report.

I have alerted @Deffiliate and asked him to post here.

I've placed the user into the TWC user-group for the remainder of the dispute.

The reason I haven't paid yet is because the paint you made hasn't incorporated many of the themes that I originally requested. I guess I can pay you the $25 for what you did but I'm not going to use that paint, and if I was going to have you complete the work i would want it completely re-designed. You must send the user $25 for the work he has done so far since you've agreed to do so. After you've paid him you'll be able to work with him in order to get the design you desire. You have 24 hours to pay the user the full amount, please let me know when you've done so.

He isn't saying it is worth 25.00, he is saying you basically agreed to pay him and he would continue to update it with your needs, yet you stopped responding with what you needed done. Wasting all his time and resources. He basically trusted you to keep him informed on what he needed to update for him to receive payment, yet you failed to do it.

What you posted there is not even the final preview I sent you. I was also willing to make as much changes as you requested. I tried contacting you several times and asked you nicely what you wanted me to do but you never bothered to reply. I'm a patient man but when you ignored me for almost 2 weeks I figured creating this scam report was the only way to get your attention. So if this the way you work I'll send you what I already created for you but would kindly like to ask you to look for another designer to finish your paint request.
