I try and buy vip and i get an error message saying i have already purchased that item and cant purchase again. please click here to review or renew your subscription.

i click on it and i have no renew option, and i have more than enough credit to renew the subscription.

please help, pics are posted.

I believe an admin will need to cancel the renewal, so then you'll be able to purchase it again.

None are online right now, so I'll try to forward this to them for when they're online.
