Explanation: I contacted Jake via skype and had him confirm via osbot pm that it was him, we then went on with the trade and after I gave him the 07gp he logged out and removed me from skype without paying me.

I wouldn't qualify stealing someones money as a 'joke'. Please make sure this never happens again. You'll remain in TWC until the user posts here confirming that he has been refunded.
