So I guess I should only bot 10 hours a day? It's like a warning, 1 or 2 day ban and if you do it again perm ban. Yes, your IP is flagged. 'Only' 10 hours a day, l0l. There are different methods with botting, just don't bot too long and take breaks every 30-60 minutes or so. But 10 hours/day is possible I guess.
