Regarding Response Times

To be honest, in my opinion the whole mod ranking is kinda messed up. Global mods are almost the exact same thing as Super (besides a couple extra powers as far as I am aware) which in all honestly just makes them pretty much the same thing. Why not have sectional moderators, like every single other forum, where users are promoted to handle a certain section such as "Client Support" or "Script topic manager". Then on top of that there could be Super mods who oversee everything and help out when needed.

If this was implemented I'm sure a lot more things would get done as there would be a small number of tasks to handle per mod.

I'm actually very powerful.

What I don't get and annoys me is when I PM a mod or admin and they read my PM and don't even respond and ignore what I say. I don't think it happened on here yet, but it's happened before when I asked a mod for something.

But people don't get that it's voluntary work and that mods are humans and the only bot is in the client. tongue.png

I am guilty of not responding when I changed your timezone the other day. I was very busy changed it and just carried on, i hope you don't mind.

Usually if I do that it means I'm on my phone and I can't process the request.

Is Brito alive? I haven't heard of him for a while now.

O.o

I noticed it got changed so it didn't matter. Not a big problem just annoying, lol.

I mean if I PM staff about something important and they just ignore it like they don't care.

At least say that. :p it's a lot better than not replying.

I usually try to avoid reading my PM while on the phone for the reasons of not being able to handle it like I need to. I know if I read the message the users will think I am ignoring them, Maybe Jordan should do the same. :)

Yeah, it's just so much simpler on a computer. It's annoying doing certain things from your phone. >.<

It's more effort than it's worth to reply. I just want to make sure it's not urgent. I do reply sometimes if it's a request but I don't if it's like "post on my appeal".

Whatever you do, keep on doing it since I think it's pretty awesome how just a few mods manage this whole great community. People should understand that this isn't a paid job.

Ahh, I see. :p

I get paid with people's happiness.

As rare as it is.

The difference between a Global moderator and a Super moderator is bigger than you think.

They have more abilities in the CP, not to mention that they have a lot more responsibilities, such as the disputes.
