Which script is this? It could be a script issue so being specific does help. I know Ande's fighter has the problem and that's because it hasn't been updated.

i have this trouble with the rock crabs killer and the really expensive auto slayer script :P and i'm sure if i tried it with any other fighter script it would be the same

Not sure if this will help, but checking if the NPCs health is larger than 0 before attacking fixes it (I'm assuming this was automatically done before).

Works well, clicks on monsters after they die as mentioned, for example in the script kwarriors.
