Yeah man, my mocking level is 99. Anyways, I'd say..cooking or fletching. Anything that you just fetch out of a bank and just do it.

Easiest and cheapest is thieving. Hands down

Just finished botting thieving to 99 at master farmer, made 23m from the seeds too.
It's pretty quick too.

No, you can fletch at crowded worlds or just a empty bank :)
