I am not liable for any bans or mutes before, during, or after the service.

You may force me to abort the quest at anytime but you will not get a refund unless I barely started the quest. It is our opinion if the transaction is refundable. Partial refunds are possible, but again, it is under my judgement only.
If a service cannot be completed, given a complication on my side, I will issue a refund for the service/s that were not completed.
