FPS Drop When Turning On Bot

Featured Replies

Not sure why but right when I start any of my bots, the FPS just tanks to 4-5. Any ideas how to fix?

Did you activate low cpu option?

I have not should I?

OSbot has a memory leak...

I have not should I?

Good - no, because its most of the times slowing it down a lot.

There's general problems with the client, not working so good, hopefully we'll get a fix soon.

Memory leak is a big issue. Always has bot closing at random times or overnight

Can someone explain the memory leak issue sorry I don't really know what that is. Also is there a fix to it?

What are your cpu/ram computer specs and how many clients/bots do you run?

It is possible that your computer is just really bad, if you answer Jack44's question as soon as possible we can find a solution.

or its just the oshit client and its memory leaks. proof of this would be how i have sexy fps and then say randomly it drops.

Run OSBot, and before it drops FPS, open Task Manager (right click Task Bar) and look for java.exe, record the Memory and CPU used by it, for me it's usually 250MB memory and 10% CPU. Once your FPS drops, look at it again, the CPU should rise by a lot and the memory should too. I wouldn't be surprised if it starts using up 80% CPU.

Post the before and after here so we can have an idea of what's going on.
