lool, why waste the money on a Mac, then?

Lol if you bought a mac to run mac os...

They are made for different uses . Mac for example , is dedicated to the edition of videos, more to have fun . The windows is more for working , coding , and easy to use.
In conclusion ,I think they are different things .
Sorry for my language lol

Exactly! So many people don't get this.

My dad wants to buy a Mac to he can browse the internet - literally only thing he does - and save some files on his computer. He said having a Windows PC doesn't make sense since a Mac is so much more better.

I told him that Mac's are only really suitable for something like making apple apps or for graphics related stuff, yet he doesn't believe me and said I don't know what I'm talking about.

He's going to get a 1gb ram, 64gb ssd computer saying that it's better since it's coming from apple opposed to a 8gb/500gb computer with windows since apple has better stuff.

His ignorance is painful. :(

Is said that Mac has better stuff only because the high price.

Same exact hardware, only difference is software. Ram and hard drive are all universal, mostly. You're buying the name, not the quality.

I mean, I would use a Mac if it were cheaper. I don't have anything against it, it's just too expensive for the specs. I'd rather get a custom laptop that I can use as a beastly AIO machine rather than a weak Mac for the same price.

I've never used a Windows laptop that had a decent track pad. I really enjoy the Mac operating system. Also, Apple's support is amazing. That being said, I prefer Windows for desktop Mac for laptop.
