Can someone explain to me why I get a random every 20 minutes while doing combat ? This is fucking ridiculous.

Also please for the love of god fix these last 3 randoms..

Ask Jagex. As for the currently not working randoms, we rarely get those randoms, so it's quite difficult to develop them without access to accounts in the random. In any case, @Maxi is starting another round of randoms busting, so we should see some account submissions and improvements. Realistically, the best way to speed up the process is to submit accounts (not to me until next week, I'll be busy).

always have full inventory of random loot when i come home, its not bad. ^_^

I have to update like everyday because the developers are so awesome.

Actually it is bad when the only randoms I get are the ones that haven't been coded yet. So not only do I not get rewards, I don't get the xp I was trying to bot either.
