reasons he should be banned:

he was intrusted with powers in this community and chose to betray that trust

he was in a trade were 25m was scammed and only reconsiled after a dispute was filed

he tryed to cover evidence of his illicit transactions

1.fair enuf i can agree with that which is why i agree with demotion

2.actually 25m was not scammed maldesto has the gold[from my knowledge]

3.i currently can not speak to falixus about this one b/c i was discussing with him via chat box  but ill make sure to respond when i can

i dont think u understand he was holding the gold b/c the person stated he never recieved the money from wu which is what a mm does
