This is not true. You can request an IP change if your accounts are getting banned, and they will change it into something random IP. I'm running 3 vps clients, and never been banned..

Tbh, Burst.net is and will always be me first choice when I need a good vps.

I'd like this too, the only site I've ever used for hosting is TrentaHost, but it's at least $24/month if you want 2gb of ram.
