No advertising at all pls. If people want to advertise they can buy it ffs.

some people are from odd timezones, for example; iran is 1hour 30mins behind, which means their Hours would be different to ours, so we wouldnt know whtther they were advertising at the top of the hour or not

also if everyone advertised at a specific time, it would cause spam, it would be like OMG EVERYONE ITS SPAM TIME, so ye, random times @ 10-30mins seems ok
