Combat script thinking it needs to run away from combat when there is no random

Everytime I start Pandemic Fighter combat script and attack an NPC, it detects a random that you need to run away from even though there isnt one and its just the NPC... Any ideas on what this is or how to fix it would be appreciated

Theres a problem with client version .72 AND .73 atm where the "Run from combat" handler is kicking in for all forms of combat instead of just random events, please be patient as the admins already know
