Explanation: I recently see that the member Gti has come back after a few months break he vanished and never refunded me from a very poorly mannered service he was providing, that being questing. Gti was getting me a fair few quest points, about 22 most of them short; along with Luna diplomacy (witch was never completed) he was very slow during this process, I wasn't bothered at first but he was averaging a quest or 2 every 2-5 days, I even had to top up my members from when he started with 18 days on it and only got me around 14 QP in over a month then when I ask for least a partial refund as he didn't complete my main quest (Luna diplomacy was priced 7m) I gave him 10m upfront. 

 

I left the user false feedback to make other aware his service wasn't decent. The feedback system is there for COMMUNITY purposes, I left negative feedback about the service I RECEIVED   . I don't think I should have received a warning for sharing my experience with the community, A member of staff has told me to post a dispute so here I am.

Hope the staff can see my side of the story, I feel his Veteran rank is being a little abused here, by trust I mean.

Sorry it seems a lot has changed around here, when I was last here a few months back, the feedback system was for posting how OUR service was good/bad, was just stating my service sorry.

 

he only completed about 7/22 QP (in a month, or just over) I was really leanient with him, and was shocked when he ignored me and just left for a few months (he was selling GP a few days after ignoring me) I knew then I wasn't going to get a reply.

The user has been requested to post here within 24 hours or he will be banned.

I didn't do it? I've stated I haven't numerous times in my false feedback topics I've opened.

When I say I didn't so it I mean I didn't Scam him

I posted all of our conversations in my first post. 

 

GTI's quest post, the screen-shots there are from the quests he completed (I was his first customer) he even states the pictures are of my account, ask him to provide more screen shots of quests he completed for me? I bet he can't because he didn't complete them, and I too have just returned to RS I can post my QP/list of quests you can see he missed loads out. 

 

I don't even care about the refund or if his banned or not I just want my feedback left of the POOR service I received from this 'known' member as I wish for other members of the community to least have some sort of warning before trading this man any GP.

Oh my bad I thought I see a few days ago that he said he refunded it, I would love to see some more screen shots of the harder quests he 'completed' though, would be a nice touch

Show the rest of the logs you stopped at September 28th also show proof of you handing the name password over. Once you have done that via my inbox you can show me proof that that account didn't receive all the quests.

Thanks about to give you the PM, I left my log-in details out on the 13th for obvious posting reasons. Sorry thats all the logs I have, up to 6months on Skype, nothing was said past that date as I got ignored (not even reading osbot PM's)
