This is what I got so far.

I'd like to keep it as minimalistic as possible and I'm probably still going to make some changes to the style of the title.

It's all done in Adobe Photoshop as I have little to no knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

Opinions/suggestions?

I like the idea, however I'd rather see all the thread information when I come to it. I don't want to have to sit waiting for 10 seconds just to see the price of gold, details about a script, etc.

I love it. Who are they kidding, you cant take in information as fast as lightening and this is more fun to watch.

Animations are supposed to be smooth. This one is not.

(Disregarding the speed of the animation)

Not a fan of it. This reminds me too much of animated websites (Flash) :L

They are pretty popular on another forum as they draw a lot of attention. And this is just me trying to practise, never made something like this before. It still needs a lot of work as it's not even close to being finished. Also I can easily speed things up, delete some frames, edit the animations or leave some things out to make the actual content appear faster. As for making the animations smoother, I think I know what you mean. I can edit it so there are multiple animations going on at the same time which will speed things up and will make it appear smoother as well.

Looks epic but I feel like I would get impatient if I kept wanting to check prices or whatever it may be. Maybe make all the things roll out at the same time

Just did that, edited it in the original post.

It definitely needs to be faster (Just as pretty much everyone said above me)

Fucking sickk man, wish i would be able to do this .-.
