Not clear weather he actually scammed or not...

 

If it was enough evidence to lose his moderator position, that's more than enough to lose the unofficial title of 'most trusted mod'.

 

 

He lost his staff role for other reasons that I wont mention, nothing to do with the scam itself, not that he did actually scam.
