How could you expect Maxi not to demote him, when he is one of the lead admins on a competitors site...?  

That's like if the CEO for McDonalds got hired as the CEO of Burger King, and then was surprised when he got fired...

 

Bad Example.... CEO (Chief executive Officer) is the highest rank you can become in a organization....

 

Your example suggests the person who got demoted, was the highest rank on OSBOT and got demoted after becoming the highest rank elsewhere.

 

You should have used CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) in the example not CEO....

Hello everyone,

 

I have put a lot of thought into this, and I've decided to resign.

I am not happy with how @Maxi is handling all of this, with his actions of demoting @Master Chief after being gone for so long.

I don't want to volunteer for a community that is run unfairly, where the other volunteers are screwed over in the end.

This isn't a goodbye, but this is a mark to slowing down my activity.

Based on how @Maxi explained it, Master Chief was in the wrong or at least it seemed that way. Of course, I don't know what really went down.
