Just got banned on my last acc and I don't feel like it's worth making any more accounts. Been banned on around 50-60 accs in total and they've all been banned within a few days except for the first ones I made which lasted for around 2 weeks botting 24/7 but it seems like Jagex are watching new accounts more or something since I got banned on the others within a few days. Tried using breaks & avoid botting during 8-5pm UK time but it didn't really help. I've used 5 different IP addresses and tried botting every moneymaking skill possible and several different other moneymakers. Was about to quit 2 weeks ago and I should have but it's just so hard to give up. This time it's final and I won't be wasting my time any longer. I wish you all good luck.

EDIT: might start botting again after the release of RS3 bot but will probably never pay Jagex for members again.

Feels bad to leave but I haven't been making any money off of it and my pure got to 95 strength and then it got banhammer'd.

From past experiences, if you get banned more than 15times it's time to take a break and watch every botting forum you know of closely. Once banrates are less frequent then it's a safe time to restart. Good tip for you for future reference if you ever end up making a comeback, sorry for your loss I hope Mod Mark enjoys his couple of free McChickens off your P2P.
