muscle mass progress

I see all these workout threads so I decided Id post mine. I am working on gaining muscle mass now. I was in a severe car wreck when i was 5 so my left sides at about 50% less weight as far as lifting then the right. I workout 3 times a week.

also last week I took measurements so i can tell my gains, and this week i am starting to keep track of all the weight I use and reps on each exercise 

Talk about dem gainz :o

 

But that's truly inspirational how your still doing stuff instead of sulking about the accident like most people would. Props to you man.
