Umm you must not know the real reason for them making bonds.

 

They clearly added (membership) which can be paid for anyways, OR (spins/items w.e)

 

See when adding those rewards, they are collecting an extra 5-6$ per month form each person that buys that bond, not to mention not everyone gets membership so it's not like there getting overloaded with memberships, its players thinking they can buy bonds and pay jagex REAL money to get extra spins and stuff that won't hurt the rs economy at all cause you won't win a 200m prize.....

 

 

that being said it wasn't done to only stop goldfarming. its because ever since the updates, tons of players have quit runescape, and the only way for jagex to recover that lost money is to find another way to collect real cash for lame things.
