October 19, 201312 yr ive been working out for like six months and now I freaking love my body; but there's like little fat under my armpits, and its so irritating..how do i get rid of ittt experts help me
October 19, 201312 yr Just keep working out, you'll eventually lose the fat under your armpits. Goodluck
October 19, 201312 yr Dude, working out a certain part of your body won't eliminate fat from the region. You won't lose the fat from arm exercises, but many exercises combined to maximize the amount of calories you burn to lose more fat(which could potentially be the fat under your arms sooner or later).

Im 8% body fat.. I can turn the fat into muscle, right? You can turn the fat into muscle, try target more of the triceps and biceps (obviously). Triceps are a bigger part of the arm, and might help out with the fat into muscle. Triceps cover 60% of the arm while biceps cover roughly 20%. Edited October 19, 201312 yr by Lucid Eclipses

I'd recommend looking through BodyBuilding.com for some workouts, I got some ideas from the site & put together my own workout, which is great! October 20, 201312 yr Author Lucky you. I need to take "fat" pills because I was at a critical of 3% fat. October 20, 201312 yr You don't turn fat into muscle, you burn fat and by doing so you gradually gain muscle. By directly under your armpit, I assume that you are referring to your side lats. The best way to get rid of them is by doing lat raises. However there are many different lat workouts that you can do.
