FRIGGEN FAT

Featured Replies

ive been working out for like six months and now I freaking love my body; but there's like little fat under my armpits, and its so irritating..how do i get rid of ittt

experts help me

Dude, working out a certain part of your body won't eliminate fat from the region. You won't lose the fat from arm exercises, but many exercises combined to maximize the amount of calories you burn to lose more fat(which could potentially be the fat under your arms sooner or later).

You can turn the fat into muscle, try target more of the triceps and biceps (obviously).

Triceps are a bigger part of the arm, and might help out with the fat into muscle.

Triceps cover 60% of the arm while biceps cover roughly 20%.

Yes, you can transform fat into muscle (just not directly eliminate the fat). I'd recommend looking through BodyBuilding.com for some workouts, I got some ideas from the site & put together my own workout, which is great! smile.png

Lucky you. I need to take "fat" pills because I was at a critical of 3% fat. For 2 years in high-school I wasn't aloud to play any sports because I was in danger :(

VHAT YOU NEED 5% FAT TO LIVE! you good now? lol

thanks for the suggestions guys, hopefully this works out by Christmas. <3

You don't turn fat into muscle, you burn fat and by doing so you gradually gain muscle.

By directly under your armpit, I assume that you are referring to your side lats. The best way to get rid of them is by doing lat raises. However there are many different lat workouts that you can do.
