October 18, 201312 yr So I was bored and read the Terms of Service -> http://osbot.org/tos 11. The Website may not be used by minors under the age of 18 years of age. You may not use this Website if you are under 18 years of age. Before being able to download OSBot software, you must confirm that you are over 18 years of age. You warrant that you will not give such confirmation unless you are over 18 years of age. I'm guessing 80% of all users are under the age of 18, and some staff *Cough-Cough* Annie *Cough-Cough* are also under the age of 18. I'm just wondering why this is not enforced at all. I'm not picking on Annie in particular, but she is one of the youngest staff members and shes really cute so why would I not pick on her Edited October 18, 201312 yr by 25sittin25m
October 18, 201312 yr It's placed in there for legality reasons. It basically ensures that OSBot, it's beneficiaries, staff, and owner are not responsible for minors.
October 18, 201312 yr who cares? if you care about the rules so much, you wouldnt be botting on rs lol Edited October 18, 201312 yr by Liljay9151
October 18, 201312 yr It's not reenforced due to how much revenue the domain owner pulls in from underage users having their parents purchase VIP, Scripts and Sponsored status for them. It'd be extremely short-sighted of them to enforce that rule to that extent. I could be wrong on this next statement, but I believe website users must also be 18 years or older to purchase items, and this website supplies such services.
October 18, 201312 yr If we didnt have aton of beastlymauls/leechers, osbot wouldn't be making so much mothafuckingmoney.
October 18, 201312 yr actually by not enforcing it and willing knowing a staff member was under the age of 18 could get them into even more trouble if they got into some thing with another person under the age of 18.
October 18, 201312 yr Uhm, who knows how old anyone is, it's not like OSBot asks for ID. It's a legal thing so they don't have to make their website legal for minors, it means nothing.
