It's because your frames are messed up, you have them set in different spots.

Yeah, i had the same issue with mine until my GFX guy told me how to fix :3

You moved it in certain frames, but not others. Make sure the graphics are in the same location in each frame.

Looks like a crappy twitch effect.

    Not sure how you fixed it but you can use 26d5a4885a4cd896cfea1235a52f5473.png to unify the position of certain layers on all frames.
