B4 I joined Osbot I was ''botting'' with wBot (wbot.nl) until it got suspended by jagex (March 2013)

 

So I'm wondering if Laz en Maxi were the owners of wBot too?

No they weren't, that was a completely different bot client with different developers.

my bet is they threaten to sue them all once they get big enough it all depends on evidence they can gather and probably the nation in which the sites owners reside

Don't think so, but I guess it's a possibility they could have kept secret to avoid more lawsuits? I don't know, probably not haha.
