Failed to Authenticate to OSBOT SERVERS

hello im running on Linux ubuntu dedicated server 

it let me install client fine and install files as soon as i go to hit stealth mode or bot management i instantly get a Failed to Authenticate to OSBOT SERVERS ive been searching everywhere for help and cant find any.
