Feedback is only given when risk/trust is involved. If you do a normal trade on runescape there isn't any risk involved so there would be no point in giving out feedback.

 

if you would get the money before you give the santa hats (which wouldn't make any sense at all) then there is risk involved.

i don't think so.. im pretty sure it has to be something else giving someone a santa hat in the same trade for 30k does not make someone worth a trusted feedback ..

i thought that the minimal risk for a feedback was about 1m?

You don't get feedback for selling items. The only way you can get feedback is by a trust trade (service, mm, account sell, gold shop), and it has to be a minimum of 1 dollar I believe.
