If you have a jagex account then you will have to use this client (right click save as):

And select [Game client patcher] and it will work

 

If the bot doesn't even launch then you will have to use jarfix, it will resolve the problem. You also need java 8 installed for best results.

1. Delete all installed jre and jdk.

2. Install JRE8 from the official website. I always go for the offline installer. 

3. Restart and double click the .jar file.
