Payment continues to fail; unable to change method

Payment continues to fail when trying to purchase bots but works perfectly fine when buying a membership. There isn't an option to change how you purchase either. When I attempt to purchase another VIP membership it processed immediately through PayPal. When I attempt to buy bots it fails and says to use a different payment method.....which I can't find anyway to change it.
