I’ve raised a dispute with my bank so I’ll be getting the refund I just think it’s very unprofessional of you to use my card details to pay for your script when I haven’t been active for over 5 months sir. Whether you used it or not isn't Czar's fault. you had the access you paid for and chose not to use it. it's like paying for a gym membership and not going. it's not their fault. you chose not to use the services you've paid for.
