If you have auto renew setup you need to cancel it through PayPal. It will be on this page.

and not from nothing from osbot. but yet i get invoice in my mail

I may be wrong, but even if you're not on auto payment, you can still get an invoice once your sub is about to expire. Doesn't always mean it'll auto withdrawal.
