well like it says, blocked permissions. You are doing somnehting in osbot that's not allowed or breaks the privacy policy.
Probably doing something in the lookup() method?

If you are loading worlds from a file make sure the file is inside the OSBot/data folder, everything other file outside of that will be blocked.
If you are loading from something else, you might have to do it differently
