Quick question - if my account gets banned is the proxy i used worthless now and flagged and i need to get a new one, or can i keep on using it on a new account and not worry?

Proxies do get flagged. There is no way to know for sure without decent testing if your proxy did get flagged since they dont get flagged after every ban. If you want to be extra safe just change proxy after each ban

Only way to know if the IP went to shit is by using it. Most likely no though
