Osbot is working fine, you could try; shutting the client down, deleting your osbot folder from C:\Users\ restarting the client to see if that fixes it, other alternates could be your firewall blocking access

    If VPN is enabled, disabled it.

    Changing DNS server to Google's(8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare's(1.1.1.1)

    Other than that you can try opening a fresh VM and see if it opens in there. If it does then there's some kind of program messing with OSBot and stopping it from launching properly. Other wise it's probably network based blocking
