NMZ (w/o supplies) is around 160m for the strength, and 151m for the ranged.
As for supplies, depends what range route you'd want to take, and if you'd want to use absorbs or not.

82-99 str = 105m at NMZ, 150m at sandcrabs.

84-99 range = 145m at NMZ with blowpipe, or 120m chinning mm1. Supply cost depends but would estimate ~15m for scales and darts. 

Both of these are with absorpt pots (if you choose NMZ), so no supplies required for melee.
