A lot of other services used third world countries that they pay extremely cheap salaries, but the downside to that is that the customer always has an increased chance of getting their account either locked or banned. We don't do that, and we encourage you to communicate with whoever your assigned worker is throughout the time the service is being done so you can feel confident that what we're saying is true. Please note: Services have ALWAYS been against the rules, but after Jagex's recent announcement, people have understandably been a bit concerned about purchasing these services. At this point, i haven't personally seen any bans at all for service buying, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. As a result, you should always be prepared for the worst when going into a purchase.

1. By creating a ticket, you agree to all of our TOS listed here.

2. These terms may be updated at any time and it is your responsibility to read the updated terms before placing an order.

3. We can refuse any order under any circumstances, for any reason.

4. You MUST change your password both BEFORE and AFTER the service.

5. Payments will be given to @Owner only. Some workers may have a rank that designates that they can receive small payment amounts for smaller orders. Follow these ranks as necessary. Any large orders above these specific order amounts will ALWAYS be given to @Owner.

6. You will NOT login to your account during the entire duration of the service. If for whatever reason you do need to login, please message your worker or a manager' (check your order channel) and let them know both when and why you will be logging in. More than likely they'll be happy to let you login. If you log in without telling anybody, we have the option to terminate your order and collect a 50% convenience fee of whatever portion of the order hasn't been completed. It is an extreme inconvenience and a big risk to your account if you are logging in during the service.

7. You will pay the full amount before your service. If it's a significantly high amount (200m+) then you can arrange a payment plan. Talk to @Owner or @General Manager for details on a payment plan.

8. Any service that isn't completed due to a fault of ours will be refunded based on how much of the service is left. If a service isn't completed and it's our fault, for whatever reason, you'll receive 5% of the COMPLETED portion of your order FREE.

9. If you change your mind about an order and want a refund, that is completely fine. We will refund you whatever portion of the service has not been completed and we will take a 15% convenience fee of the total amount. So for example, if you have a 100m order and we've done 50m worth of work on it and you want to cancel, we will give you back 35m.

10. All discounts (loyalty/invites/extras) will be applied at the total cost of the service. Any additional discounts (from giveaways/extras, etc) are subject to the discretion of @Owner as to when/how they will be applied.

11. We are not responsible for any lost wealth on your account. It is required that you take a screenshot of the total bank value BEFORE your order starts and provide that screenshot to @Owner or @General Manager. This is to ensure that no wealth is removed from the account and then blamed on us. If you don't send us a screenshot of the wealth before the order starts, we will not entertain any claims for lost items at all.

12. It is required to remove any excess wealth from your account. As stated in the previous rule, we are not responsible for any lost wealth so it is best to take off any excess wealth that is not necessary for the order. Please consult your Order Manager/Worker for what is needed for the order. If we need the pin to perform the service, we'll need that info, but if we don't need a bank pin then we recommend you set a bank pin as well.

13. ALL orders are done by hand. Nothing is botted and all workers pay a deposit to guarantee this. A worker will be able to provide screenshots or respond to any pm's you send them on demand. If you want any screenshots, that is perfectly fine. Ask for it in your order channel and tag your worker. If the worker doesn't respond within a timely fashion message your order manager. Please note: Always be realistic and give your worker a few minutes to respond. Many of our workers are working multiple jobs at the same time. Furthermore, some services are afk and there are times when the worker may be afking, so if they don't respond immediately it doesn't mean they're botting. If you encounter any issues with this or think a worker is botting please contact @Owner RIGHT AWAY!

14. REMEMBER - services are officially against Jagex rules/terms of service. This is at your own risk. We aren't responsible for any bans or mutes on your account, under any circumstances. Workers will always turn your PM off and won't talk on your account.

15. We are not obligated to provide timeframes for your order, but we will provide a ROUGH timeframe. This is by no means a binding contract for this period, and this rough timeframe is only for the purpose of membership responsibility for the account.

16. Accounts that have been botted within the past 7 days are NOT permitted to be used in services. As stated in a previous rule, we are not responsible for any bans and we will never bot on your account under any circumstances.

17. We do not do any dangerous service for any HCIM under any circumstances. These orders will be declined without explanation.

18. You are required to have ALL items prepared beforehand for any service. This includes items required to skill with, quest items to complete quests, and any pvm supplies.

19. If you are a 1 defense pure or other similar account that has a level that cannot be leveled, please make sure you tell your worker ASAP. We are not responsible for any levels gained from quests. If you tell us you want a quest done that gives defense xp and you are on a 1 def pure account, we will assume you are changing your account type and want that defense xp. It is YOUR job to work out what levels quest rewards will give you BEFORE you place the order.

20. If you need to change your password/any account information during the service, for whatever reason, let your worker know ASAP. If you change your information and the worker can't login, and you don't respond to our messages, you forfeit your order amount. We're very fair people and if you had to change your info under an emergency circumstance, message the @Owner immediately and explain the situation. I am a very fair person and this will be up to my discretion.

21. Using Parsec/Teamviewer is now an option for most services. Ask your order manager which services this is available for. This is definitely more tricky/annoying so there will be a 25% premium to any service using this. There will be absolutely NO exceptions to this. This is a very high amount of inconvenience and we are perfectly fine accommodating for you, but the surcharge is non-negotiable. When using this, you must guarantee we can be online your account during all hours of the day (leave your computer on). If you fail to cooperate with this or make it too difficult for us, we will refund the remainder and cancel your order. This is up to the discretion of the @Owner .

22. For account builds, you will pay for membership throughout the estimated time frame of the service. For example, if we say it will take 4 weeks for the service, you will pay for 4 weeks worth of membership. If for whatever reason the order goes beyond this estimated time frame, we will cover the additional bonds until the order is finished.

23. We do encourage competitive pricing. If you get a quote from another service that is cheaper than ours, bring it to our attention and we are willing to negotiate. We will ONLY negotiate prices that are quoted from other reputable services, such as another well-established discord or service provider. We will not entertain quotes from random people saying they will do a quest for 50k. Your quote from the other provider must also be verified and sent to us as proof. If you simply check the prices of another service without having them confirm that the price is correct + they are available, we will not entertain those quotes. If we find out anytime during the service that you lied or manipulated your quote to make us match a lower price, in any way, you forfeit your entire order amount.

24. You will ONLY make orders through the official #πŸ“¬οΈ±request form. We are not responsible for you accepting an offer from any person in the discord outside of the official request form. Workers will NOT message you to facilitate orders outside of the request form.

25. We will ONLY take liability for any malicious activity from a worker that is outside of these terms noted here AND only if it was done through a request ticket in our discord. If a worker does partake in malicious activity, please message @Owner with proof and they will be immediately terminated upon proof being provided.

26. We maintain full responsibility for any accounts we sell for life.Β We take 0 responsibility for any accounts that are sold outside of official request tickets. ONLY take sales from official tickets!

27. You must check for linked emails/accounts during/after the service is completed. We are not responsible for any of this and a worker will not link any emails or accounts during an order.
